Understanding how Monsanto manipulates the system is crucial to understanding why Americans are not allowed to know if their food has been genetically engineered by simple labeling, as around 50 countries around the world already do, including Russia, China and the entire EU. Bad news for US.

Treating Diabetes with Drugs Is Worse than the Disease

A new meta-analysis of 13 randomized controlled trials involving more than 33,000 people showed that this treatment is not only ineffective, it’s dangerous as well. Treatment with glucose-lowering drugs actually showed the potential to increase your risk of death from heart-related, and all other causes.

“The overall results of this meta-analysis do not show a benefit of intensive glucose lowering treatment on all cause mortality or cardiovascular death. A 19% increase in all cause mortality and a 43% increase in cardiovascular mortality cannot be excluded.”

Avandia (rosiglitazone) is the poster child for what is wrong with the drug treatment of type 2 diabetes. Doctors Group Recommends Frequent Mammorgrams

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists says women may want to consider annual mammograms starting at age 40. Their stance is in contrast to advice provided 20 months ago by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force. That panel discontinued recommending routine mammograms for women in their 40s.
